The market house collaborative in the bustling already-up-and-come lowertown hood of St. Paul is my first gig working with Shea Design firm. Not only is the space incredible and expertly thought out by the Shea team, the offerings made within are well worth the visit. The space is centered around food genius and James beard award winning(La Belle Vie) chef Tim McKee’s new seafood eatery: Octo FishBar. Which is accompanied by Almanac Fish co and Petersen Craftsman Meats where you can pick out your choice of protein and the team at Octo will whip up something mouth watering with it. Or you can just buy a steak and bring it home to cook yourself. It was so fun to capture the space abuzz with people. Run, don’t walk to this enjoyable joint.
